POEMS

DONE

By  |

No moods whatsoever
Nearly a hollow space
In the place where once
Civility reigns supreme
Lives this mean fuck-offness

Its voices, uproars and whispers
Feeds off me or what’s left of me
Soon it will leave nothing of me
But an edgy core entailing
Depth of shallowness,
Death of significance,
Debt of humanity

Disremember my appearance
It’s prissy, apt and flawless
Like a spider’s web
You venerate for awhile
Before you disseminate
And without as much
As a trace,
It’s done.
